This guarantee is only valid if these terms and conditions are met in full:

• The guarantee registration form must be fully completed and received at the following address:
Saracen Secure, FREEPOST MID 15591, Tipton, West Midlands DY4 9BR or online at www.saracen-secure.co.uk within 14 days of the doors or windows being fitted.

• Windows and doors must be securely closed (not in night vent position) and locked with the keys provided.

• Saracen hinges must be used in conjunction with Saracen shootbolts and a Saracen approved handle on the same window, or Saracen hooklocks and strikers must be used on the same entrance door, or Saracen hooklocks, shoots and hinges must be used on the same French doors.

• The Saracen products must be fitted by a registered installer and adjusted according to Saracen’s approved fitting instructions.

• In the event of a break-in where a Saracen protected window or door is forced open, the installer must be contacted with full details and a police crime incident number. If on investigation, it is found that Saracen products were correctly installed, adjusted and maintained, but failed during the break in, Laird Security Hardware will then issue the relevant payment. This will be made in two parts;

(i) £500 to the registered claimant and
(ii) up to £500 to the original window or door supplier for replacement or repair of damage caused by the break-in.

• Only one claim per household can be made during the guarantee period and notification of any claim must be made within 90 days of the break-in.

• The guarantee is applicable to UK and Eire resident owner occupied properties only.
