With lift off capability and full 3D adjustability, Laird’s Surehinge is unique. It has been designed exclusively to provide a high degree of lateral, height and compression adjustment allowing for simple and quick re-alignment on site without removal of the door leaf.

Though also suitable for timber doors and frames, Surehinge is compatible with all popular PVC-U profiles used to manufacture frames into which composite doors are to be fitted.

With the recommendation of three sets of hinges per installation, Surehinge has been extensively tested on a wide selection of door designs, has been endurance tested to over 50,000 cycles and is supported by a 10 year performance guarantee. Engineered from hardened mild steel or stainless steel, for maximum versatility and choice the new hinge is available in a wide range of finishes including white or brown polyester coatings, chrome and gold plus zinc yellow passivated.

Practically any site situation can now be easily resolved with the provision of considerable amounts of adjustability with up to 2mm either way laterally, 0.5mm each way in compression and a massive plus 3mm in height.
