 Laird Security Hardware announces the launch of the Roto TSL security lock, a twin-cam espagnolette mechanism for casement windows. The TSL features a unique gear mechanism which drives opposing twin mushroom cams into robust striker keeps, offering outstanding strength and security. The unique design offers a smooth and easy movement with unrivalled security features, making it an ideal hardware solution for all types of casement windows. Tested on a range of profile designs, the TSL meets the requirements of BS 7950 on selected systems. The keep is designed to offer dual locking points while the unique cam design prevents disengagement. For easy installation the TSL has standardised routing detail, a selection of eight long bars for minimal waste, 3 mushroom cam heights and two backsets –20 & 22mm. The bars are manufactured from high quality mild steel, protected with a RotoSil silver coating which has been tested for maximum corrosion resistance. The TSL has been assessed by BBA and complements a highly successful range of window locking solutions from Laird Security Hardware. |
